How It Works

What to Expect

Getting started is simple. Here is what happens from the moment you get in touch.

01

Send a referral

Fill in our Refer Now form or give us a call. Parents, adults, and health professionals all use the same form, and it only takes a few minutes.

02

We'll be in touch

Our Client Experience Officer will call you within one business day to understand what you need, talk through funding, and find a time that suits.

03

Initial assessment

Meet your clinician in clinic or via telehealth. We take the time to understand what is happening and what matters most to you.

04

Your therapy plan

You receive clear goals and a plain-language plan you can share with your GP, school, or NDIS planner. Then we get to work.

Funding Options

How Care Is Funded

Most clients access therapy through one of four pathways. If you are not sure which applies to you, we will work it out together.

Funding can be confusing, and you are not expected to have it figured out before you reach out. When you contact us, we will ask a few questions about your situation and let you know which pathways apply. If you are unsure, start with the referral form and we will take it from there.

Still Have Questions?

Our friendly admin team is here to help. Give us a call, send an email, or fill in our online form. We respond to all enquiries within one business day.
